Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, KAIZEN has classes that are right for you. The Studio at KAIZEN offers the following Yoga classes in a full schedule every week:

  • Yoga Fundamentals is a great Yoga for Beginners class designed for those new to Yoga. It concentrates on poses that increase leg, back, and shoulder flexibility and strength. It emphasizes proper alignment for basic poses, helping improve endurance and refine beginner postures.

  • Yoga Balanced consists of a continuous flow of postures that are performed at a steady pace. The session begins with warm-up movements and breathing exercises to prepare you for the central part of the class. Following the warm-up, postures are performed to stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.

  • Power Vinyasa is a type of Yoga that involves a series of postures, or asanas, that flow at a moderate pace. It is a dynamic and energizing practice that requires syncing the breath with the movements to generate internal heat, leading to a cleansing sweat. The class may be heated, depending on the teacher.

  • Advanced Power Yoga (coming soon) builds on Yoga Fundamentals, Yoga Balanced, and Power Vinyasa and introduces total arm balances and more back-bend poses. We recommended that you have a regular Yoga practice. The class may be heated.

  • Athlete’s Yoga is great for all types of athletes including golfers, runners, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, and more. It isa program that can help improve flexibility and balance, lower the risk of injury, and provide the mental clarity needed to perform well in your sport. Incorporating Yoga into your fitness routine can also help with the following:

    • Increased strength and endurance: Many yoga poses require holding your body weight, which can build muscle strength. This can translate into improved endurance in your sport.

    • Better breathing techniques: Yoga emphasizes deep, controlled breathing which can improve your lung capacity and help you stay calm during intense training and competition sessions.

    • Injury prevention and rehabilitation: Yoga can help you identify and address imbalances in your body, leading to better posture and reduced risk of injury. It can also be used as active recovery to aid muscle repair and reduce soreness. Adding Yoga to your practice can positively impact you, so why not see how it can benefit your training?

The Studio at KAIZEN also offers Body Sculpt, Barre, and Zumba fitness classes.

  • Body Sculpt is an exciting and demanding fitness class that focuses on toning and strengthening all the muscles in your body. It uses various equipment, including dumbbells, bands, and cardio exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals. It's a fantastic way to get a full-body workout.

  • Barre is a low-impact, muscular endurance workout emphasizing high repetitions and small, isometric movements. Instructors use fun, upbeat playlists to get you moving and your muscles shaking.

  • Zumba is a fun cardio dance class that uses Latin and international music to create an energizing workout incorporating all aspects of fitness, such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. You'll leave each class feeling energized.
