Who is Nerexy?

Nerexy Rosales was born in Venezuala, a Caribbean country which she describes as a place, “where every aspect of life is lived to the fullest, [most] intense and sometimes even dramatic ways.” She describes herself as a philosopher by profession with a passion in life to find her own purpose or meaning while helping others to do so as well. For this reason, she has dedicated herself to the work of a Vibrational Coach over her years. From continuous education through seminars, workshops, conferences, and group and individual work, Nerexy provides strategies for starting or continuing a path of personal growth with participants in her classes.

“Every day I wake up with the firm determination to advance in my personal projects, focusing my attention on the things that bring me well-being in the here and now. This allows me to lead a life with acceptance, gratitude, and equanimity in the present moment.” - Nerexy Rosales

While yoga is her lifestyle, Nerexy enjoys connecting with nature, reading, meditating, going for runs outside and hitting the gym in her time outside of yoga.

Nerexy’s Path to Teaching Today

Her journey with yoga began through meditation when she stopped looking for answers outside of herself and instead started looking for them in her soul. Eventually, she immersed herself in the world of yoga and experienced significant changes. She noticed how much better her body was looking and that her soul was glowing more and more, day by day.

Nerexy began to integrate the practice of yoga into her daily routine when she saw it as a great resource and felt would contribute to the strategies of personal growth she offers in her courses and workshops.

Therefore, in 2003, she participated in numerous yoga certifications including: 200 hours of Yoga teacher training program and 21 hours of Power Teacher by Yoga Alliance, then 72 hours of Ghatastha Trainer and Psychophysical Yoga by the International Yoga Yoghismo Association, and 72 hours as a Trainer of Hatha-Kriya Yoga/Energetic Yoga by the International Association of Yoga Yoghismo.

Her extensive background and continued practice allows Nerexy to ask two things of those who participate in and attend her Hatha Yoga Flow based classes, adorned with attractive touches of Power Yoga. The first is to concentrate on yogic breathing and the second is to “listen to their bodies,” meaning to be aware of the sensations of their bodies. Both will allow participants to develop good practice without injuries and maximize the use of their bodies.

Nerexy’s Path to KAIZEN

During the pandemic in 2020, she began doing live sessions of yoga on Instagram, Facebook, and Zoom. From there she has continued to offer training through these online classes to individuals or groups of people from all over the world.

KAIZEN located in Norwell offers Spanish Yoga Immersion with Nerexy Rosales

However, the journey that brought her to the doors of KAIZEN was her 21 hour Power Teacher Training Program by Open Doors, where she had “the wonderful opportunity to meet Rachel, who had already heard about [her] Spanish Yoga classes.”

Nerexy continued on about Rachel and KAIZEN by saying, “The destiny of Yoga united us at the perfect time and place.”

When asked about her experience teaching classes at KAIZEN she shared:

“The best thing about being part of the KAIZEN family is being able to teach my yoga class in my native language. Language contains a whole baggage of senses, meanings, and ways of conceiving the world and life. Through the practice of yoga in Spanish we can find meaning and responses to life in the here and now.”

Nerexy’s Spanish Yoga Immersion class is designed to immerse participants in the experience. She puts it best by saying, “It is like a dance, it is about senses, sensations, and sounds that activate your body so that it flows in a harmonious, coordinated, and integral way with each asana or posture in transition.”

We are so thrilled to have Nerexy, a wonderful addition to our incredible KAIZEN family, and cannot wait for you to experience her class! Join us for her Spanish Yoga Immersion class at KAIZEN on Wednesdays from 10:45am-11:45am
